Her husband was Charles Adams. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.

!Note: Identified in the Visitation of Shropshire 1623 as “Ann da. of Henry Hull Hill of Hullcourte.” The estate name does not align with known Hill holdings, but Caynham, her residence after marriage, lies only 14 miles from Bewdley and 11 miles from Neenton. Given the generational pacing [~1555 birth] and local proximity, she is placed here as an elder daughter of Henry Hill of Bewdley. Placement is consistent with heraldic convention and Henry was the only Henry recorded in the family at the time and was likely known to be the same family as the Hills of hullcourt by the Heralds.
