Jane was born about 1490, the daughter of Thomas Whethall but her mother is unknown. The place is not known.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was William Hill. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Humphrey (c1518-1600), Henry (c1520-?), John (c1522-?) and William (c1524-?).

Her second husband was UNKNOWN Holland. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.
