Ralph Baskerville Esq. was the second son of Sir John Baskerville.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
His mother was Joan Brugge, daughter of John Brugge of Staunton on Wye.[9][10][11][12][13]
Secondary sources state that he was born on 21 Oct 1410.[3][4][7][8]

Ralph married Anne Blackett, daughter of Sir John Blackett and Margaret d' Eylesford / d'Eynsford of Icomb, Worcestershire [2][7][8], circa 1438.[14][15][16]

Manor of Icomb, Worcestershire:[18] "Sir John Blaket, who was perhaps the grandson of Roger and Margaret, had succeeded to the estate by 1410. He married Elizabeth widow of William Wilcote of Wilcote in the parish of North Leigh , and was killed in the French wars in the summer of 1430. He left a son Edmund, who died at Wilcote in 1444. His heir was his sister Anne, the wife of Ralph Baskerville, a younger son of the lord of the adjoining manor of Combe Baskerville in Westcote. Anne's daughter and heir Jane married Simon Mylborne".

16 Mar 1443/1444: Commission to John Baskervile, knight, Ralph Baskervile and others as Justices to deliver the gaol of Hereford Castle of David ap Gruffith.[21]
1444: Ralph Baskerville was noted in the will of Edmund Blaket in 1444[16], the Testator referred to his brother Radulpho Baskervile and Anne his wife, and his brother William Wroughton.
08 Feb 1447/1448: Commission to Ralph Baskervyle and others of Herefordshire; 11 Jul 1448 Ralph Baskevyle of Erdesley Esq regarding a debt; 19 Jan 1450/1451 Commission to Ralph Baskervile and others as justices to deliver the gaol of Oxford Castle of Barnabas Cromp, Thomas Leyson and John ap Howell.[22]
07 Jul 1456: "Ralph Baskervyle of Iccombe alias Ikconbe, co. Gloucester, esquire", regarding debts.[23]

Royce[16] wrote:
“In the floor of the Chapel [at Icomb], at the north end, on this side of the arch opening into the nave, was a fine black slab, 7 ft. 11 in. by 4 ft. 6 in. in which had been inlaid two fine brasses, c. 1480, no doubt figures of Ralph and Anne Baskerville”.
Arms
The arms "Argent, on a chevron gules between three hurts a crescent or." appear as one of 16 quarterings of the arms of Sir Robert Whitney, a descendant of Ralph Baskerville.[25][26]
Research Notes
Lewis website has Sir John Baskerville marrying twice - 1st to Elizabeth Bridges, daughter of John Bridges and Pine, in 1402 and they had child Sir John Baskerville b. 12 Feb 1403, d. 23 Dec 1455. He married second to Elizabeth d' Eylesford, daughter of Sir John d' Eylesford and Isabel de la Barre, before 1410 and they had child Ralph Baskerville, Esq. b. 21 Oct 1410.
