Lease and release - settlement

To have and to hold to G Onslow to the use of Thomas Clyve and Mary his wife for their lives and life of survivor; then to the use of T Clyve junior son and heir apparent of T Clyve and Mary and the corporal heirs of Thomas Clyve junior, in default to second son of T&M Clyve and similarly to fifth son etc. In default to Katherine Clyve, daughter of T&M and her corporal heirs. In default to right heirs of Thomas Clyve.
