Robert Broun, of Walcott, Northamptonshire, esq. John Wynger, alderman of London, Thomas Cremont, citizen and clothier of London, and William Pykeman, jun., of Affebrigge, Essex, husbondman, of all that field called Le Bousshefeld, two crofts of land called Brettescrofte and Hayecrofte opposite Brettesbrigge, and a piece of meadow in le Littlemershe, together with a way extending from the King's way to Bertelmeweslane in Theydon atte Mount, Essex - also a yearly rent of 12d. from a tenement called Pakes in Theydon Gernoun, and all rents, services, etc. pertaining to the lands, etc. late John Prynce's all of which lands etc. they lately had jointly with Thomas Coton, of Landwade, esq., and Cristopher Sharp, esq., now dead, by grant from William Isaac, alderman, citizen and clothier of London.
