!Note: Thomas Hodgkinson died in Jan 1540/1 [Julian/Gregorian] in Darley, Derbyshire. We know of 2 children: Elizabeth baptized 28 sep 1541, 3 months before his death and Agnes baptized 9 Feb 1541/2. This is just over a year after his death. If we were talking birthdates, that wouldn't work, but here it looks like we have a wife who came back to Londonthorpe from where they were living in Kirkham after her husband’s untimely death. If her child Agnes’s baptism was a bit late, that would be expected.
