!Note: The Thomas christened 10 Jan 1624 at Leebotwood was born the only child of Roger and Elizabeth. He was buried 27 June 1632 at Berrington. He descended from William Hotchkiss of Ampthill and is thus related to the Samual born about 1622, who came to the Americas in the 1600’s. He was Born 4.7 miles [at Leebotwood] and Buried 3.3 miles [at Berrington] from his mother’s burial [at Condover] ten and two years later respectively. The Thomas that died here did belong to these parents. He would have been the second choice for the Madeley Thomas, but it is clear that this Thomas died young at 8 years of age. The Thomas in Madely was the one born in Wroxeter, where his large family continued on along with him.
