Translation:
On which day John Hasky of the parish of Alveley appears. Having looked upon the above, the form of the will is begun
He was incontinent as Renescons in regard to Johanna Whezzat of Baden and received the receipt.
The judge ordered that John Hasky be brought to clear himself that morning in the vicinity, next
to the vicarage. Evidently, on the xxvii of the month of Jan before the February session of the future court.

17th century The house, which has a timber framed core, was refashioned in the 19th century. The ground floor is stuccoed with applied timber framing, above it is plastered, and it has a tile roof. There are two storeys and an attic, three bays, the right bay projecting and gabled, and a rear wing. The doorway has pilasters, a rectangular fanlight and a pediment, in the ground floor are three canted bay windows, and the upper floor contains casement windows. Inside, there is much exposed timber framing.[21]
