Henry was born in 1872. He was the son of Henry Turner and Mary Radcliffe.

UK Census Date 31 March 1901: Living with his parents, three cousins and five servants in Upper Berkely Street, St Marylebone, London, Middlesex, England. Aged 29 and single.
