!Obituary:Frank Prost, 63, died Saturday at his home here. He had been a patient in a Kansas City hospital in September when he underwent surgery and was released earlier this month. He had cancer.

He was born May 3, 1907, at Osage City, where he spent his life. He was employed by the City of Osage City Gas and Water Dept. over 20 years. Before that time he was a coal miner.

He was married to Alvera Woolery December 28, 1933. She survives.

Other survivors include four sons, Frank E. Prost, Topeka, Wayne B. Prost, Overland Park, Ronald Prost, Osage City and Kenneth Prost, at home. a sister Mrs. Dorothy Jackson, Modesto, California; five brothers, Albert Prost and Leon Prost, both o
f Osage City, Ted Prost, Lyndon, Marcel Prost, Utah and John Prost, Naples, Idaho; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church in Osage City, conducted by the Rev. Leonard Folkerts. Mrs. Donald Lofgren accompanied a quartet made up of Rudolph Fager, Horace Kibbee, Laurel Fager, and Alber
t Lundgren as they sang "In the Garden and "That Beautiful Land." Casketbearers were Joel Chisham, Geroge Duncan, Robert Watson, Joe Getsinger, Keith Smulling and Wallace Goodwin.
